CrossFord Sports Club are the latest beneficaries of D&G Autocare’s Facebook Sponsorship Competition

D&G Autocare has once again run a special £500 sponsorship competition on facebook which has been won by Crossford Sports Club. Nominated through the facebook promotion by local Crossford resident Maggie McGrouther, the Club, which runs three Junior Football teams, is planning to spend the money on jackets for all the players, as well as a selection of other equipment.

Maggie also won a £100 love to shop voucher for herself, as a thank you from D&G for taking the time to enter the competition, which involved nominating a club, association or group of your choice to be the beneficiary of this latest sponsorship. All entries were put into a hat and a winner drawn at random.

“We are really pleased that Crossford Sports Club has won this latest sponsorship money,“ said Pete Wood, Operations Director for D&G Autocare. “The Crossford garage is one of our most “community based” garages with a strong customer base in and around the village. We get down to grass roots level here and this is what it’s all about – rewarding a local association.”
